Two actions in the Stearns County District Court brought by Anton Herbes and Mary Herbes to recover for the death of their son which allegedly resulted from an illegal sale of intoxicating liquor to one Lyle Kiley by defendant village. The cases were tried before Rol E. Barron, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs for $21,000.
